The unique, heat-retentive properties of our premium ceramic blend allow for true “low and slow” barbecues requiring cooking times up to 20 hours at temperatures as low as 180 degrees F. Or turn up the heat, with temperatures as high as 750 degrees F for the perfect flash-seared steak.

Safer, cleaner. You’re in control! The controlled cooking environment of a Primo allows the charcoal to get as hot as you like, but not hotter. Unlike metal, the outer surface stays cool; you heat the food and not the great outdoors. And lump charcoal produces less ash, meaning less cleaning, less often for you!
